Roses shipped in bare-rooted form
This method requires the least amount of space and provides
the most economic transport by minimizing the moved mass.
No palettes or crates are suggested. There is a considerable
risk of drying out, if incorrect shipping conditions
or extended transport time occur. The roots must be moist all
the time. There are several reasons why it is not proposed
for selling directly. The roses can be stored for a shorter
period of time in a climatised storage area around 1 or 2
Celsius. Spraying equipment should be also provided.
The plants are bundled by tens. Their roots are wrapped into
plastic foil which keeps them moist. A label can be found on
each bundle indicating the name of the variety and a code
number identifying the actual grower. Please let us know this
number if any complain occur.
